"Hidden rivers" is not only an obvious reference to the mysterious history of our city, but also to the direct location of our restaurant on the Jasień river... It is also a symbolic parallel to fusion cuisine, which can be as fluid as a river linking recipes from different cuisines, regions and even eras. This is also a correlation with cocktail bar, which is sometimes unconventional and unremarkable, but always refers to Polish roots and Lodz origin. Like a liquid wine list-short, but often variable like river currents and always offering many options for a glass based on the current restaurant menu. Finally, this is an analogy to our interiors, which offer many options for every occasion-from a casual lunch or a formal business meeting, through a romantic dinner for two and a meeting with friends, to a special party on the occasion of a Jubilee or a noisy birthday.
