About Wiśniowy Sad
The name of the restaurant was given in accordance with the Russian romantic soul of the owner Galina Głazowa, and Antoni Chekhov would probably be greatly appreciated by such applause for the title of one of his plays. The restaurant was founded in 1998 and the dishes referring to the name have become a culinary tradition, as cherries are an excellent raw material and an addition to drinks, desserts and cakes.
From the main dishes-the most authentic Siberian dumplings, i.e. dumplings with meat in broth or baked, Uzbek mantas, Georgian chinkali meat solyanka with capers, Caucasian soup “kharcho” with beef, nuts and tkemali sauce.
For Jarosz – super dumplings with cheese or cherries sweet or with liver and buckwheat porridge.
