Cosmos

Cosmos is a fine dining restaurant, located in the city centre of Sofia. Here you can taste Bulgarian traditional cuisine, but modern and twisted, prepared with local, farm and craft products with pure origins. The food in Cosmos is paired in a balanced way with signature cocktails and with high class wines from the rich Bulgarian terroir. Cosmos is a social gastronomic place with a creative interior, combining traditional folk embroidery with lights, recreating astronomical phenomena and objects. The restaurant’s capacity is 100 guests, and with its various halls is suitable for quiet family or business dinners as well as for big corporate or personal events. Cosmos team includes 30 professionals in the field of culinary, mixology and service, who improve their knowledge and skills every day, inspired by the past, the new trends and especially by the high expectations of our guests. Cosmos is a project with causes and social responsibilities, such as “Zero Waste” for maximum utilization of food products, “Oneness” for revival of forgotten Bulgarian recipes and products, and the internship programs for young professionals in the kitchen “Leave a trace in the space”. The main mission of the restaurant is to build strong and long-term relationships with small food producers from all over the country in order to support them and receive in return quality products – which will be prepared and plated conceptually for Cosmos’s guests.
